Freelance telemarketing jobs and telesales jobs for homeworkers

There has always been a market for freelance telemarketing and freelance telesales. 

Telemarketing and telesales are great freelance jobs. I’ve done a lot of this type of work myself.

If you have an internet phone then it really doesn’t matter which country you are calling and it might be that you decide to use your internet phone/Skype to telemarket to the US and do this as evening work.

You might, however, decide you only want to do this type of homeworker job for companies in your own country or region. Or perhaps you are fluent in another language and want to call another country and use that language skill.

Every company that needs freelance telemarketing staff will have a completely different way of working to others.  Some freelance telemarketing jobs will be calling existing customers, some might be cold calling.  Some might be just marketing, others might be an actual telesales role, maybe where you’re even collecting payments over the phone!  I’ve cold called people before and if what you’re offering is good enough people are quite happy to pay then and there for it!  It all depends on who you are calling, what the product is.

Many telephone jobs are simply making appointments for sales personnel to call on them to demonstrate a product or discuss a service.
