Easily Buy and Sell Domain Names on eBay
If you’ve ever looked at ebay, there’s a wealth of items for sale from around your local area, your country, or even the world. That’s why it makes it easy to buy and sell domain names on eBay.
ebay gives a wider coverage and bigger exposure for selling domain names than any other, single, domain name auction site. While domain name auction sites might seem a nice niche to advertise your domain name for sale, it’s missing out on the Intrigue Value - many’s a sale that’s been made simply by exposing your product to a wide audience, rather than narrowing it down to a niche of people who are actively seeking something.
Quite simply, people go to ebay to buy one item …. and come away having bought something entirely different! And never underestimate the power of beer-fuelled ebay sessions to boost the sales opportunities! I’ve lost count of the number of times friends of mine have woken up on a Sunday to find they bought stuff on ebay they never remembered, and they’ve never gone back on the purchase. I guess the alcohol makes them buy stuff they really DO want, but without the hesitation that stops many of us so often.
For domain names, there are thousands of people who have the idea of buying or selling a domain name at the back of their head, yet they’d not be SO interested that they’d register with and actively watch live auctions waiting to snap one up.
Here’s a sample of domain names currently being promoted through or sold on ebay right now:

What’s good about ebay is they don’t charge any fees for people to join, they make it easy to join - and people start to rely on ebay for everything, so it’s always a good idea to look for things on ebay or to sell things through ebay.
Everybody’s heard of ebay, it’s trusted. They have probably the largest set of members of any site anywhere in the world - and it’s easier to sell things on ebay around the world than through other sites.
There are millions of domain names in the world - and lots of people have found buying and selling domain names, buying domain names and developing the site further, or just holding onto some, has been a very profitable income for them. I personally know somebody who bought one for $8,000 and resold it for $200,000 - and all he did was hold onto it for a year until somebody else wanted it. He saw something in the name that the previous owner didn’t, easily done, and just waited until somebody else wanted it too!
Take It A Step Further
