I personally put a lot of emphasis on blogging and blogs for people who want to be homeworkers because I’ve tried many things over the years and they really are the quickest, easiest and most user-friendly way to create a website … and for many ways to earn money working from home online having your own website is a sure fire way to being able to get an ongoing income in the quickest way.
Having a blog is a great way to build up information over time, so if you’re a bit stuck on what to put on your site, or how to structure it, you can just start blogging and worry about that detail later, once you find out what you ended up including! Many’s the person that’s started a complex website about Cats & Dogs, only to find themselves getting totally locked into one side and having 30 pages about cats and only 2 on dogs! That imbalance doesn’t matter so much in a blog at all.

- If you’re an affiliate, it’s much easier to promote anything if you’ve got your own website.
- If you’re a Virtual Assistant, add this additional string to your bow and you can offer your existing clients more services and attract new clients!
There’s really no end to the way you can use a simple blog either for fun or to make yourself some money either blogging for yourself or building a list of clients you can do blog for.
Having a blog, being able to set up a blog, understanding blogs is really a “win”. You can even create your own job working from home offering to set up blogs for local companies instead of them setting up a website at great expense. With a short spot of study now, you could easily churn out 2-3 blogs per day for a local company, including finding/installing a free theme for them! Imagine if you were charging £30-50 apiece to them for that! You could start by advertising “I’ll create your website for you for just £30″ and you’d not have to do anything complex! You can even create your own data entry job working from home by keeping them as clients and billing them, say, £20/month to create two blog entries per month based on material/emails they send to you. Real money for old rope!
